Anurag Kashyap angry with Aamir khan

Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap is leaving no word unsaid about his upcoming project Bombay Velvet, which he claims is one of his best till date. Just to make sure we understand how serious he is about the project, the filmmaker reportedly even erected a replica of '50s Mumbai in Sri Lanka where a major portion of film has been shot.

But what's this? Reports are claiming that he's apparently miffed with Rajkumar Hirani whose Aamir Khan-starrer P.K. is scheduled to be released on the same day as Bombay Velvet. All this despite the fact that he's already booked those dates months in advance.
He apparently learnt of this development on Twitter after Aamir Khan shared that P.K., that was to open on June 6, had been pushed to December 25. Anurag further claimed that he's reportedly spoken to Hirani about the dates and on not getting any concrete answer, moved on with his plans.
Rajkumar Hirani has yet to share his side of the story.

FIR registered for posting false info against Aamir's Satyamev Jayate 2

An FIR was registered against unidentified persons in Mumbai for allegedly publishing and posting "offensive and false information" about actor Aamir Khan and his TV show 'Satyamev Jayate 2' on some social networking sites, three days after he brought the matter to the notice of the police.
"An FIR was registered the Information Technology Act and the Indian Penal Code against unidentified persons at the Bandra-Kurla Complex cyber police station in suburban Bandra East.

"The complainant in the case is Shrinivas Rama Rao, executive producer of Aamir Khan Productions Pvt Ltd," a crime branch officer told PTI. "A request has been sent to the authorities concerned. Certain websites have deleted the offensive material. Today, Aamir Khan provided some more information," the officer said.
On Saturday, Aamir Khan had approached the Mumbai police, alleging a smear campaign had been launched against him on some social networking sites to tarnish his reputation and that of his TV show.
The 48-year-old actor had met Joint Police Commissioner (Crime) Sadanand Date at Mumbai Police Headquarters and briefed him about "false and malicious messages" allegedly being circulated in social networking sites to damage his image and the reputation of his issue-based TV show.
The actor had also clarified his stand about a social networking site.
"False and malicious messages are circulating through various electronic media including Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter as well as other social media networks, alleging donations are being sought by my television program 'Satyamev Jayate Season 2,' in relation to an entity which claims to be working in the field of Masjid Construction Assistance and placement assistance for Muslim youngsters," he had posted on Facebook account
The actor said his TV show was associated with the Humanity Trust at Hanspukur in West Bengal which is a charitable hospital run by Ajoy Mistry and his mother Subhashini Mistry and not the one being mentioned on social media.
"All donations sought in SMJ are used and channelised for entirely deserving and secular causes, contrary to the content of the highly mischievous and malicious insinuations in the messages, being circulated by vested and unscrupulous interests," the actor said.
